Mind Institute Roof Replacement Project is approximately 38,183 sqft of roofing. Roofing project consists of removal of the existing roof assembly down to the roof deck and applying a fully adhered 60 MIL Kee Membrane over ½” securock separation board. Additional scope includes replacing skylights and replacing the weatherstripping on patio doors as well as resealing the patio tiles. The project must be completed using UCDH material standards and based on the attached approved plans and specifications.; Mind Lab Building Roof Replacement Project scope is to replace approximately 12,696 SQFT of roofing.
