Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide services for all CDTFA confidential materials will include, but not be limited to, paper, carbon paper/fax roll, and miscellaneous plastics (such as, but not limited to, microfilm, microfiche, cassettes, CDs, and computer disks). There shall be no required minimum or maximum amount to be shredded. B. Contractor shall shred confidential materials in a cross-cut or an equivalent manner, not strip-cut. The determination as to whether the Contractor's shredding method is cross-cut or an equivalent method as required in this Agreement is at the sole discretion of the CDTFA and will be monitored regularly. C. Contractor shall ensure that all materials are completely destroyed in a manner that makes it impossible to read or reconstruct the information on the materials.
