Bidders may submit a proposal for one, or any combination of the below listed three (3) services/interventions. A. HIV Counseling Testing and Referral Services (CTR) B. Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) Campaign C. Health Education Each service/intervention should be proposed individually and have a separate budget. A bidder should submit only one proposal per bidder. If a bidder submits a bid for multiple services/interventions, each service/intervention should be distinctly and completely separated and described within the one proposal. The Division of Public Health reserves the right to negotiate the requirements and associated reimbursement with the selected contractor relative to the services/interventions listed below.
