Reconfiguration of the classroom area on the ground floor, new partitions, doors, windows, finishes, kitchen casework, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm and lighting in accordance with the bidding documents provided. Exterior work will include miscellaneous site lighting, pavement patching and new electric car charging station. • E-Builder software is not required for this project. • Commissioning is NOT required on this project. • Contractor shall provide testing and balancing of HVAC systems as shown on the mechanical drawings. • No hazardous material testing is required by the Contractor. Owner has performed limited lead paint testing and results were negative. Owner will provide additional lead paint and asbestos testing prior to start of construction. If any materials test positive, these will be removed prior to start of construction. • The building and grounds will be occupied during construction.
