Specifications include, but are not limited to: SacSewer is seeking a vendor for the following service categories: 1. Medical Evaluations, including annual and pre-employment physicals, respirator medical evaluations and respirator fit testing, and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and Department of Transportation (DOT) medical evaluations 2. Pre-employment drug testing The post-offer/pre-employment medical evaluations may consist of, but is not limited to, the following tests: • Drug and alcohol testing • Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) Skin Test for Tuberculosis • Audiogram testing • Vision – far/near/color/depth perception • Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B Testing • Rabies Vaccination • Respirator Protection Evaluation and Testing • Crane Certification Physicals • Confined Space Physicals
