Specifications include, but are not limited to: The existing facility consists of (9) nine, single level 12 bedroom homes located in the northern part of Montgomery County adjacent to the Ft Campbell, KY Army base. The facility was designed by Wold Architect and Engineers and completed in 2016. The facility’s emergency standby power is currently served by a (5) five generator system located at the rear of the facility. These generators are 2014 models and have been in service since the facility opened. Due to recent problems with these generators an assessment was completed on the existing system components to allow SSR to provide the following recommendations for a path forward to restore the facilities system to fully operative level.
