Specifications include, but are not limited to: remodel of roughly 2,500+/- sq. ft. of building located on the old Tuolumne General Hospital campus. The space being remodeled was the kitchen for the hospital. This space has been totally gutted and currently consists of four walls, ceiling and sub-floor. All of the plumbing has bee capped off. The remodel includes taking the existing floor plans developed by County Facilities Management and create a full set of plans and specifications that will enable us to obtain a permit. The following activities for the Plans and Specifications will be needed: HVAC and plumbing details as needed based upon floor plan Material schedule - Doors, hardware, carpet, etc. ADA Accessibility
