Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Construction Manager (CM) will provide the following services: • Design Phase (Review of Construction Documents and estimating) • Bid and Award • Construction, including Acceptance • Post Construction, including Warranty. The CM, in consultation with the Designer of Record and the University, will recommend the deliverables of project schedule consistent with Bid Packages necessary to complete the construction within the specified time. Subject to the approval by both the Designer of Record and University the CM will assume the lead in developing and maintaining the project schedule, bidding, construction progress, facility acceptance, and all post construction activities.
