Specifications include, but are not limited to: As requested by the State, the Contractor shall conduct health and safety monitoring on assigned School-Administered Childcare programs as follows: a. Participate in up to five (5) days of onboarding training with the State’s regional directors. b. Shadow an assigned State program evaluator for a minimum of five (5) business days, completion of which is required prior to providing monitoring services. c. Conduct all monitoring in accordance with the Rules of the State Board of Education, Chapter 0520-12-01, Standards for School Administered Child Care Programs. d. Participate in weekly 1:1 check-in with assigned regional director. e. Participate in regional team meetings two (2) times per week. f. Participate in Early Childhood Quality and Supports training regarding monitoring, including monthly webinars and in-person meetings. g. Visit all assigned schools a minimum of twice per year: 1) August-December: Announced visit 2) January-May: Unannounced visit 3) Summer programs: Additional visits both announced and unannounced h. Maintain accurate and detailed Outlook calendar that provides the number of programs visited each week. i.
