Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of providing, performing, placing, and installing all labor and materials to connect four (4) Whitfield County Fire Stations to sewer mains that are located in the road rights-of-way in front of the stations. The work includes any miscellaneous labor, equipment, and materials required to disconnect the existing septic systems, install any necessary equipment such as tanks, pumps, electrical wiring or panels, piping, trenching, grading, sodding or grassing, or any other related items to provide wastewater discharge connections to the aforementioned sewer mains. The Contractor must complete these items as specified in this Bid Document, according to the standard construction practices accepted by Dalton Utilities and GDOT. Work shall include supplying or purchasing all materials, labor, and equipment for the project.
