Analyze current housing stock, affordability, and future needs c. Identify gaps in housing availability across income levels; Task 3 – Community Engagement a. Engage with local developers, real estate professionals, housing organizations, and other identified stakeholders; Task 4 – Housing Needs Assessment a.
