The County is seeking to replace the current audio and video system located in the Commissions Chambers at 311 East High Street Room 200, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. The County currently records and live streams multiple meetings per month from the Commission Chambers. The intent of this proposal is to upgrade the current audio and video components and provide a system that must have centralized audio video controls that are easy to use and require little to no training for the average user. The contractor is to install all equipment and items needed, interface with existing systems and equipment as necessary, test the systems, program equipment, adjust system levels, assure that no feedback occurs during use, train end users, and remove any unneeded existing equipment and/or wires to be disposed of as directed. The system should be flexible to allow for equipment changes or additions at a later date.
