Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor will provide pricing on a per active pound, 100% dry weight equivalent unless otherwise noted. B. Contractor to provide delivery within 1-3 business days from receipt of purchase order. Deliveries likely to be heaviest between months of April and September. C. Contractor to include price of tote with liquid copper sulfate price submission. City preferred tote size is 275 gallons (each). D. Contractor will provide all materials, equipment, supplies and chemicals related to Liquid Copper Sulfate that come into contact with drinking water or drinking water treatment chemicals conform to the following standards: 1. Contractor will provide NSF standards 60 and/or 61 certifications with the bid submittal and with every product shipment. 2. During the certification process, Contractor shall demonstrate that the chemical will not cause health issues. 3. Contractor will provide certified quality analysis of the product as performed by an independent third party laboratory that is certified by the appropriate Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) authority.
