Provide professional architectural and engineering services to review, revise, and take ownership of existing 75% working drawings for the replacement of an existing Unit Headquarters facility located on approximately six (6) acres in San Luis Obispo, CA. New construction includes: administrative office building, combined with barracks/mess hall/apparatus/dozer/self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) repair and refill/and physical training building, 4 bay auto shop with wash rack, service center/warehouse building, storage building, generator building with generator, and associated facilities, grading, paving for roads and parking, retaining walls, water distribution system, waste water collection and disposal systems, drainage systems, erosion control measures, hose wash rack, fencing, gates, pump test pit, and all associated appurtenances. Off-site work will be required for a new access road to the site from Santa Rosa Street as well as at the site entrance from Highway 1, including driveway approach and signalization at the adjacent intersections.
