Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a sidewalk widening project for Lighthouse Ave & Fountain Ave. This work consists of removal of an existing wood parklet structure, roadway excavation for removal of asphalt concrete pavement, removal and construction and/or reconstruction of curb and gutter, cross gutter, sidewalks and curb ramps to provide a widened sidewalk area with intersection bulb-outs. Miscellaneous work includes removing and installing new metal picket fences for outdoor restaurant seating, removing and replanting new trees with metal grated tree wells, relocating an existing light pole, relocating street signs, applying new pavement striping and markings and all other work shown on the plans.
