Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (“HACLA”) owns and operates public housing units at 13 locations throughout the City of Los Angeles. HACLA requires plumbing equipment and equipment repair service on an as-needed basis. The vendor shall: A. Provide a quote for each specific order or service request to HACLA staff at each of the 13 locations. HACLA staff will requisition for a purchase order using the quote provided. B. Deliver the order or fulfill the service request upon receiving an email copy of a purchase order to one of the “shipped to” locations specified in Attachment 1 to Exhibit A below. C. Provide plumbing equipment and repair service that meet all applicable Federal, State of California, and City and County of Los Angeles regulations. D. Provide Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) for products that are required to have MSDS.
