Specifications include, but are not limited to: Georgia Development Impact Fee Act of 1990 and will include the following deliverables: 1. A methodology report with population and employment forecasts 2. Detailed information regarding inventory of current eligible facilities and level of service 3. Detailed calculations of impact costs for parks and recreation, fire protection, police services, road improvements, and other services which the consultant believes qualify for impact fee consideration 4. Update and revise impact fee schedule to meet all legal, administrative, and Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) requirements 5. Review and update existing impact fee ordinance to conform to state law requirements 6. Continuing services
