Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition of existing play equipment, pathways, restroom building, and trees; Water pollution control and site protection measures; Tree removal and protection measures; Construct new custom play equipment and safety surfacing, new preengineered restroom, new picnic structure and concrete pad, new pedestrian pavements, raised boardwalk, water feature, fencing, site furnishings, irrigation, planting, site utilities (water, sewer), signage, lighting and other specified improvements; Construct new utility service connection in ROW of El Camino Real, State Route 82, under Encroachment Permit and jurisdiction of California Department of Transportation; Traffic and pedestrian control throughout construction.
