The services to be furnished by the bidders are specifically to be performed on the following tank/structure: 3,000,000-Gallon Clearwell tank 86'-0" ID x 70'-0" SWD. Provide pressure washing of the exterior concrete surfaces of the tank wall and dome; exterior crack repair; cleaning, rescreening, and sealing the center vent; replace four Emergency Overflow Precast assemblies; fabrication and installation of a new Access Hatch control arm; repair Liquid Level Indicator; repair spalled surfaces at exterior ladder; perform surface preparation and apply Gelcoat at exterior dome fiberglass access hatch and center vent cover; apply a stripe coat at repaired cracks; apply water-based Acrylate at exterior tank dome and sidewall; perform remotely operated vehicle internal inspection; provide an optional additive alternate with the placement of the city logo onto the tank sidewall surface
