Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposer shall deliver approximately two hundred forty (240) GPS radio transmitter collars, the number of which will be determined by Agency in its sole discretion, which are Iridium satellite-compatible with very high frequency (VHF) beacons at Agencydefined frequencies for Agency Deployment on Blue Mountain Elk in 2024 as described in this RFP. The collars must meet all of the following minimum specifications: 1. GPS Collar with Iridium satellite network compatibility 2. Two-way Iridium communication and ability to change fix acquisition schedules 3. Weight under 1000 grams 4. Minimum battery life allowing 3 years of data taking up to 12 locations/day 5. 3-axis activity sensor 6. Temperature sensor 7. Mortality sensor 8. VHF beacon 9. User replaceable battery
