The City of Baxley requests “STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS” from qualified firms to engage the services of a consultant for the design and construction administration services in connection with the Airport Capital Improvement Plan projects at the Baxley Municipal Airport. These projects include, but are not limited to the following: - FY 2025: - Construct airfield lighting rehabilitation, including CA/CI services - Reimbursement for 3-year DBE Plan Update (FY2024-2026) - FY 2026: - Design-build aboveground AVGAS and JETA fuel facility with canopy and decommission the existing underground tanks, including CA/CI services - Construct expansion to terminal facility, including CA/CI services - FY 2027: - Design remark runway, taxiways & apron, rehab south t-hangar taxiway - AWOS replacement - 3-year DBE Plan Update (FY2027-2029) - FY 2028: - Construct remark runway, taxiways & apron, rehab south t-hangar taxiway, including CA/CI services - Reimbursement for 3-year DBE Plan Update (FY2027-2029) - FY 2029: - Design & construct access road to agriculture apron, including CA/CI services - Design & construct 8-unit t-hangar building
