Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Salt Lake City Public Library (SLCPL) (herein sometimes also referred to as the Library) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced licensed vendors who are interested in entering into a lease agreement at our Main Branch located at 210 East 400 South, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The space for lease is designed for a coffee shop cafe approximately 600 sq. feet, and the rent is $600/per month. Additional storage space and a second commercial refrigerator is available as needed The tenant who is selected will become an integral part of the Main Branch, contributing to the character of the community, while enhancing the experience that library patrons and community enjoy each time they visit our Main Branch. Each library branch is an integral and active hub in their surrounding community and collaborates to address needs and realize aspirations.
