Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.13.1 The Contractor must provide labor, supervision, insurance, mounting and connecting hardware, materials, tools, equipment, lifts, trash removal, and all other applicable materials and service to perform the installation of the new signs per the specifications. Bid pricing must be fully inclusive of all costs to complete this service. 2.13.2 Must provide a project manager including contact information for this contract. 2.13.3 Must self-perform all aspects of work without dependence on subcontractors unless approved in writing by Mike Priem. 2.13.4 Must provide signs that meet the specifications of the bid to include but not limited to the type, size, materials, and colors shown on the conceptual design documents. 2.13.5 Must provide signage, which is the product of one (1) supplier who has provided signage as specified for a minimum of five (5) years. 2.13.6 Must not install products under environmental conditions outside manufacturer's recommended limits. 2.13.7 Must perform work promptly and in accordance with a pre-approved written timeline by Mike Priem. 2.13.8 Must clean and prepare surfaces thoroughly prior to installation. 2.13.9 Must install in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and in proper relationship to adjacent construction. 2.13.10 Install signs level, plumb, and at the height indicated with sign surfaces free from distortion or other defects in appearance. 2.13.11 Must ensure that all installations are concealed, or surface mounted and consistent with or exceeding existing conditions. Any variations of these conditions must be approved by UWM in writing prior to the initiation of the work. 2.13.12 Must protect installed products until completion of project. 2.13.13 Must touch-up, repair or replace damaged products before service is considered complete.
