Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm or firms must have experience in commercial (retail, office, etc.) and affordable residential development and rehabilitation; and be licensed in the state of New Jersey. The firm(s) will be required to carry out a range of A/E services for residential and commercial development and modernization, which will generally include but limited to: 1. Evaluating the existing conditions; 2. Providing A/E services for design of the planned physical improvement and development; 3. Preparing construction plans and specifications; 4. Preparing and completing costs estimates on the proposed work; 5. Assisting in the issuance of Invitation for Bids for construction contractors; 6. Advising and assisting HACC in the selection of a contractor or contractors to carry out the construction needed for the project; 7. Reviewing shop drawings, catalog cuts or other construction contractor submittals for approval or recommendation for any other appropriate actions; 8. Providing construction administration services and project oversight during construction of the project.;
