The Town of Hooksett, NH seeks proposals from qualified telecommunications companies to provide telephone service and upgrades to the current telephone system. The Town of Hooksett seeks to upgrade its telephone system to enable unified townwide extensions and all-call paging at the Town Hall. The bid should encompass the installation of new paging speakers at the Town Hall for all-call paging, as well as services utilizing new compatible infrastructure to ensure all buildings are equipped with compatible phones. The phone system should allow users to press a single button to reach any extension within the organization, it should have programmable keys or speed dial buttons that can be customized for frequently contacted extensions and the system should support our current number of extensions and allow for future expansion. There are a total of 7 buildings involved in this project.
