Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of Northern Arizona University, Arizona State University and the University of Arizona (University) are soliciting proposals for qualified firms for individuals or firms to conduct and issue decisions in professional hearings and arbitrations, to provide mediation services, and/or to provide advisory attorney opinions to the Universities. Such services may relate to any of the following subject matters: procurement disputes, classified staff hearings, service professional hearings, whistleblower hearings, student appeals boards, Title IX claims, scholarship and financial aid disputes, faculty grievances, and debt setoff disputes.
