Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Controls - Consultant shall provide the following Project Controls services: 1. Project Scheduling: The Consultant shall provide project scheduling services for various projects in planning, design, construction, and post-construction phases. Consultant may also be required to review and analyze construction contractors’ submitted schedules, including but not limited to, baseline, monthly updates, threeweek look-ahead, time extension request, claim, and delay schedules. 2. Cost Estimating: The Consultant shall provide cost estimating services for various projects, including estimates for planning and budget purposes, project estimates for construction bidding, and estimates for change orders. Consultant may be required to review estimates provided by contractors and other third-party estimators and perform value engineering services. 3. Constructability Review: The Consultant shall provide constructability review services and develop constructability review workshops for various building and infrastructure projects, including reviewing design/documents looking for built-in flaws or errors or conflicts that may impede bidding, construction, or increase cost or impact schedule; field reconnaissance; utility review; geotechnical review; environmental/hazardous materials review; LEED review; permit review; workshops with Project Team; and coordination meetings with the Project Manager...
