Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project This request for Construction Management at Risk services providing full pre-construction and construction services in association with the construction associated with a new Iredell County Fairgrounds Agricultural Center and Parking Area. The facility scope may include: a 25,000SF metal steel structure building, clad in a brick veneer or similar materials, may be multi-story, and used for public events such as public performances, sporting events, private receptions or parties or similar attractions, parks and recreation offices, large event hall, restrooms, break room, conference room, storage spaces, community kitchen and catering kitchen. This building may have a connection to another future building. The design will consider future opportunities for expansion of the building (hotel or outparcel adjacent) for future project phases. Iredell County has selected CPL, Charlotte N.C. as the architect of the project. The standard form of Agreement used for will be the AIA Document A133 – 2019.
