The basic services to be provided may include, but not be limited to, providing and/or preparing: • Commissioning of systems and equipment for United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) compliance and/or other purposes, • Documentation for compliance with LEED criteria for Fundamental/Enhanced Commissioning and/or other requirements, • California Title 24 energy calculations and LEED required energy modeling, • Initial design parameters, owners project requirements, and basis of design documentation, • Check lists and guidelines for pre-functional and performance tests, • Field investigations, observation of work, and project meetings, • Review of existing architectural, mechanical and electrical systems, • Studies, reports, shop drawing review, and cost estimates, • Training materials and presentations.
