Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nebraska Public Service Commission is issuing this RFP (RFP) Number PSC-GAS-2024-1 for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide, at a competitive and reasonable cost, professional consulting services for natural gas rate cases and other matters related to the regulation of natural gas public utilities. A more detailed description can be found in Project Description and Scope of Work Section below. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future. The term of the contract will be three (3) years commencing upon execution of the contract by the State and the Contractor. The Contract includes the option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year periods upon mutual agreement of the Parties. The State reserves the right to extend the period of this contract beyond the termination date when mutually agreeable to the Parties
