Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Bidder must have the following types of security personnel available: 1. General Crowd Management Staff 2. Crowd Management Supervisors 3. Ticket Takers 4. OLCC Beverage Monitors B. Security Personnel shall 1. Be employees of the security entity and appropriately certified and trained for the position(s) held and assigned. 2. Observe and report situations while projecting a strong security presence. 3. Stay alert and act as a visual deterrent to unlawful activity; 4. Stay alert for signs of trespassing, vandalism, suspicious activity or theft; 5. Report accidents; 6. Investigate and secure all doors and windows inappropriately unlocked or open; 7. Perform security checks and address challenges as necessary to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access to the property. 8. Provide "wayfinding" to guests 9. Provide Gate locking and door checking; 10. Security personnel will patrol areas assigned by Westside Commons staff. 11. Inform On-Site Duty Manager of arrival and departure each shift; 12. Be available by cell phone throughout working hours; 13. Notify Emergency services by calling 911 (or non-emergency notification at (503) 629- 0111) of any emergency situations; 14. Interact with County Staff and public in a professional manner; 15. Not undertake any activity that would distract from their duty while on duty, to include: a. Personal cell phone use; b. Personal reading materials; c. Food and beverage consumption (allowed only on breaks 16. Not discuss duties, assignment, or any incidents that occur on the job with anyone other than their Supervisor or designated County Staff 17. Present a professional appearance to include wearing a neat, clean and identifiable uniform provided by security entity. 18. Ensure that security personnel is clean, and free from odor Hair to be kept neatly trimmed and clean. Long hair must be worn back away from the face. Shoes or boots will be black, clean and polished.
