Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified Vendor to obtain a service that tracks parking availability and occupancy for the Department of Commuter Services of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the “University.” The companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as “Vendor.” The University is examining several alternatives of providing this parking availability service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. The University has reached a point where our commuter population utilizes our campus parking at or above 90% during peak hours. This solution should allow our commuters to quickly identify where parking is available when travelling to campus
