Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall install the framework needed to mount the billboards on all new trucks as needed. The current frames are 2.25" x 95.5" x 31.5". If the selected vendor proposes a new mounting system, upon approval by the City, the vendor shall install the framework needed on all new and existing trucks. The City has approximately 91 trucks currently and anticipates adding a minimum of 10 trucks over the next year. The vendor shall print new panels for the billboards with designs provided by City staff upon request and at a set charge per panel. The panels should be weatherproof. Double-sided panels are preferable, but not required for this proposal. The vendor shall work with the City on an annual basis to establish a maintenance schedule, which includes a schedule for changing the panel displays on the trucks. The vendor shall provide monthly maintenance of the billboards, including inspecting the billboards on all trucks on site to determine if any upkeep is needed, including but not limited to, the changing out of the panel.
