Specifications include, but are not limited to: All AGLs shall test, evaluate, mathematically analyze, verify, certify, and render opinions to the Commission specifying the level of compliance with Kansas laws, Commission approved rules, regulations and requirements, and Commission acceptable gaming industry standards regarding gaming equipment, computer systems and any other gaming component or ancillary device used by a lottery or racetrack gaming facility manager. Gaming equipment shall include, but not be limited to: 1) electronic table games, including electronic and dealer assisted electronic table games; 2) electronic gaming machines and payglass; 3) random number generators; 4) progressive gaming devices and controllers; 5) online monitoring and control systems; 6) ticket validation systems; 7) wireless, cashless, promotional, and bonus systems; 8) kiosks; 9) gaming related peripherals, software, and systems; 10) electronic bingo devices, software, and systems; 11) shuffling devices; and 12) any other gaming devices, as specified by the Commission
