Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nashville Metropolitan Transit Authority (hereinafter “MTA,” d/b/a WeGo Public Transit) intends to enter into a contract with March Networks, Inc. for the bus fleet’s surveillance services, including the following: Remote/On-site Managed Services; Video Record Management Services; On-Board Equipment Turn-Key Maintenance; New Bus Commissioning & Configuration; Justification for Sole-Source Procurement: Due to the use of March Network’s proprietary equipment and programs, which are currently installed on our fleet, changing the equipment would be significantly cost prohibitive. In addition, there are no reasons foreseen, that show a need to change the equipment.
