Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include removal of gutters, downspouts, asphalt shingles, felt, and roof vents from the house. Roof sheathing shall be inspected for rotten or missing sheathing and replaced under an allowance. New fully adhered underlayment, shingles, and roof vents shall be installed in accordance with these specifications and manufacturer’s recommendations. Remove and replace existing Fascia Board on the front and rear with an equivalent size pressure treated board. Wrap with aluminum trim. Remove existing window sashes and trim as necessary to install new double pane vinyl replacement windows. Install new exterior/interior trim as necessary for complete installation. All debris generated by the work shall be hauled off to a legal disposal site. All work including shingles, underlayment, flashing and sealing of roof penetrations shall be in accordance with the National Roofing Guidelines and Recommendations.
