Specifications include, but are not limited to: • EROSION CONTROL BMP’s including mulch, tree save fence, temporary grassing, inlet sediment trap, silt fence, and sodding. • TRAFFIC CONTROL during all stages, allowing traffic thru Neal Blvd at all times. • DEMOLITION including tree removal, clearing and grubbing. • SITE WORK, EARTH WORK including grading and excavation. • CONCRETE PAVING including remove and replace concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, and driveways. • STORM DRAIN STRUCTURES including storm sewer structures. • STORM DRAIN PIPE including RCP (type 3), exacavation, bedding, compaction, and dewatering. • PAVING, PAVEMENT STRIPING, SIGNAGE, TRAFFIC LOOPS. • PEDESTRIAN LIGHT POLES. • BENCH. • Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. • The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. • All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. • The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project.
