Specifications include, but are not limited to: Must be available to meet in-person on-site at least once or more as determined appropriate by the State prior to the Pre-event timeline dates provided. Coordination of on-site keynote speakers during event Coordinate with virtual event platform to integrate on-site activity with virtual activity Stage creation (1 Main stage and 3 breakout rooms) and setup including physical stage, podium, backdrop design, projection and screens, and on-stage décor as appropriate to meet unique needs of this event. Main Stage – lighting and video production/camera crew required Floor to ceiling drape behind main stage The event location will have two (2) projector screens on opposite sides of the stage, alternating between a live feed produced by a camera and presentation slides Ability to project main stage (keynote) presentations to alternate onsite stage and green-room monitors Two (2) electronic monitor front podiums with the ability to customize with event logo shall be provided. Podiums shall have shelving for water and a top large enough to accommodate a binder. A minimum of three (3) speaker monitors (minimum 32” displays) shall show running timer/countdown, current slide, next slide, and notes.
