Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Napa County Fire Administration (NCFA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) inorder to acquire the services of marketing and public relations firm to develop, implement andfacilitate the marketing and outreach for the 2022 Building Resilient Infrastructure andCommunities grant (2022 BRIC) acquired from the Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA). The firm will assist the NCFA in the development, creation and marketing and outreach to make the public aware of the 2022 BRIC, its wildfire resilient opportunities, and facilitate community involvement in the Defensible Space/Ignition Resistant Construction(DS/IRC) projects.
