Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The public safety vehicle refurbishing provider must be established and currently in operation. Start-up operations will not be considered. • The City Fire Department will provide the 2007 Chevrolet Pickup 4x4, VIN:2GCEK13M871662654 (or similar Vehicle), with approximately 108,071 odometer miles, located at 2330 McCulloch Blvd. N, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. • The City Police Department will provide the two 2017 Ford Explorers VIN , 1FM5K8AR6HGB55047, odometer miles 167,349 and 2017 Ford Explorer, VIN 1FM5K8AR8HGB55048,odometer miles 157,005. Both vehicles are located at 2360 McCulloch Blvd N, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. • The refurbishment must be completed within 60 calendar days after receiving the Vehicle. • The equipment on refurbishment shall be new from an OEM. • Minimum three-year unlimited mileage engine/transmission warranty. Supplier shall provide their warranty terms. All warranties offered by the manufacturer shall be extended to City. • The City technical specifications include, but shall not be limited to: o Engine/Transmission Replace Fuel Injectors (if needed) Replace Fuel Pump Replace Oil Cooler Lines Replace Radiator Replace Water Pump Replace Alternator + Starter Motor Replace Serpentine Belt Idler Pulley Replace AC Pump (if needed) Replace Thermostat Check and Replace Battery Replace Engine Intake Manifold Replace Engine Spark Plugs Replace TPI Sensor Replace EGR Valve Replace Any Defective Vacuum Lines Test/Replace Engine & Transmission Mounts Replace serpentine belt tensioner and belts Replace transaxle o Brakes Upgrade to DOT4 Racing Brake System
