Provide design and construction administration services for roof replacements for multiple buildings (8 roof sections) at the Foothills Correctional Institution located in Morganton, NC. Each building currently has a ballasted single-ply roof system that was installed in 1994. Each roof was determined to be in poor condition during a recent roof assessment. This project aligns with the priorities contained in the Roofing Assessment and Strategic Plan initiated in 2019 and updated bi-annually. Full design services are required and will include all submittal requirements for the State Construction Office for all submittal phases, Cost Estimates updated at each phase with each SCO submittal, with Technical Specifications edited with Masterworks in Masterspec 2006, bidding services, construction administration services, record drawings in both AutoCAD (latest version) and Revit, and project closeout as defined by the State Construction Manual (Twelfth Ed.) dated March of 2019
