Specifications include, but are not limited to: Union County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications proposals for construction manager at risk services related to the Government Center & Judicial Center Renovation project. The County intends to acquire professional services of construction manager at risk, (CMAR) firm, during site investigation and planning, all phases of design, pre-construction phase services, and construction phase services of the Government Center & Judicial Center Renovation project for a fixed price. Construction manager at risk firms will be required to provide professional services in conjunction with the services of an architectural and/or engineering, A/E firm. The A/E firm, once selected, will be under separate contract by the County to develop a program document as the basis of design for the Government Center & Judicial Center Renovation project and provide full architectural and engineering services and will coordinate and fully cooperate with the selected CMAR firm. The purpose of the RFQ process is to identify the most qualified respondents.
