Specifications include, but are not limited to: Performance of delivery, stocking, and removal of empty refillable water bottles at the University, which may include the following preventative maintenance type of issues: ∙ Inspection, servicing, and refilling the bottled water systems of the University’s Bottled Water locations. Including but not limited to the water distribution and storage systems. The awarded vendor shall service the dispenser units at least twice each year, including the following: Any non-scheduled maintenance or repairs will be at the vendor's cost. If the vendor cannot repair the dispenser, then they must provide a replacement unit within five (5) calendar days. ○ Check for water quality and temperature. ○ Ensure the dispenser operating systems are operating for maximum efficiency. Check electrical cords for any damage and replace them if needed. Check reset switches to ensure switches are properly functioning. ○ Dispenser units shall be sanitized both internally and externally. ∙ Standard bottled water size is a 5-gallon container as per industry standards. ∙ Specific related work as described by the University. ∙ Water bottle dispensers and storage racks are to be provided at no cost to the University. ∙ The Contractor shall provide all materials and labor necessary to perform maintenance, repair, renovations, installation, or alteration of the bottled water dispenser systems.
