Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide necessary planning and environmental analysis; provide engineering design services, including, but not limited to, the preparation of working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents; provide construction management services, provide hydraulic modeling of the City’s water, sewer and/or storm water systems, provide assistance in meeting Federal, State and local program requirements including but not limited to the MS4 Permit, Drinking Water, and Sewer Collection system permit, and assisting the City with construction program administration. Some potential projects and types of services to be provided include: • Preparation of the City’s 5 Year Street Pavement Preservation CIP and subsequent updates • Water and sewer enterprise Financial Plan and rate analysis. • Feasibility, analysis and capacity studies for City infrastructure including roadways, water and sewer, and storm water • Development plan review and project conditioning. • Environmental review of public capital projects and private development projects • Developing water and sewer system operations plans and procedures • Water and sewer pipeline design • Roadway preservation and storm drainage design • On-call traffic engineering assistance • Building maintenance assessments and design services • Construction Management and inspection services for road preservation, sewer, water, storm water, building maintenance, and parks projects • City inspections of private development public improvements and landscaping • Inspection services including those for encroachment permits and storm water best management practices for construction sites • Water, Sewer, and Storm Water regulatory compliance reports
