Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract is to acquire an electronic remittance management service to continue and improve upon our existing electronic remittance process. The electronic remittance management process must be able to communicate in a secure manner, which includes encryption communication and processes that are compliant with American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and with their information management planning and operations. The operation of the electronic remittance management process will be the responsibility of the selected Contractor. The Contractor’s main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing the electronic remittance services, electronic transfer of funds, electronic refunds, and returning any appropriate messages for the transactions.
