A 1000-GAL FUEL TANK WITH POS CARD READER. A 500-GAL PROPANE TANK. SEWER AND WATER UTILITIES. FIRE & SMOKE ALARM MONITORING. THE SUCCESSFUL PROPOSER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING. WASHER AND DRYERS FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM. ENTERING INTO A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH A VENDOR TO PROVIDE A PROPANE TANK. JANITORIAL SERVICES AND CLEANING SUPPLIES. ELECTRICITY, INTERNET, AND PHONE UTILITIES PLUS COMMUNICATIONS HARDWARE. NORMAL AND CUSTOMARY MAINTENANCE OF THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING INCLUDING ANY REQUIRED ANNUAL SERVICES FOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT & HVAC SYSTEMS. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY LAW. GARBAGE SERVICE.
