Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat trout, Kokanee Salmon, Catfish, walleye, hybrid striped bass and other cool and warm water fish feed, which will be acceptable, will need to meet the protein and oil content found in Attachment C: Cost Sheet. A dry feed to consist of a proven complete formulated diet meeting all nutritional requirements for all varieties of fish species without any supplementary feeding of any kind. Trout feed shall have a minimum protein level of 38% with at least 17% as fish protein. Salmon feed shall have a minimum protein level of 45% with at least 22% as fish protein. The June Sucker Diet must be based on the diet developed at Bozeman USFWS. Total protein in all diets must be at least 90% digestible. The size stated by the vendor 85% must meet sieve size or pellet size. Fines or dust like particles shall be less than 2% for bulk and 1% for bags by weight. 1 84632 Feed is to be supplied in forty (40) or fifty-pound (50) packs or bags, and the Contractor must provide the option of having the collective packages palletized. Each individual bag is to show the milling date, Itemized list of ingredients and size of feed. Wet or broken bags or bags showing evidence of wetness, damage to contents, loss of contents or feed milled more than 30 days prior to date of delivery, excluding specialty feeds, will not be accepted by the Division and returned to the Contractor at full refund.
