Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and all other incidental expenses necessary to complete the Project, which includes pulverizing 38,220 square feet of existing asphalt roadways, grading, shaping, and paving 38,220 square feet with compacted hot mix asphalt or with an alternate 2” mill and overlay asphalt pavement. This includes feather overlay at all driveways and roadside parking areas, a total of 15; protect in place, a total of 21 each; sweeping, clean up, traffic control, and all other work necessary to satisfactorily complete this project as shown on the Bid Documents, including the Plans and Specifications.
