Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall meet with the CHP Santa Barbara Area office contact and the CHP Facilities Coordinator prior to commencement of services to discuss the project. B. A work schedule will be established with the local office contact to assure a minimum of interruptions with the essential state operation and Contractor's work. It may be necessary to schedule the work area into two or more parts to provide for the continued operational needs of the CHP Area office. C. ALL WORK SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 30 DAYS once the starting date has been established. D. Moving of furniture and equipment, shall be the responsibility of Contractor, as well as removal and replacement of hardware and/or light fixtures. E. Contractor shall provide forced ventilation while interiors are being painted.
