Specifications include, but are not limited to: upgrades to the existing In Plant Lift Station and Municipal Headworks at the Missouri River Water Resource Recovery facility. The In Plant Lift Station upgrades include construction of two masonry structures one on an existing foundation and the other on a helical pile supported deep foundation. The Work includes installation of center-flow multi-rake screen in the existing wet well discharging to a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt conveys the screenings to a small dump truck. Ancillary Work include demolition of a small dump station facility, HVAC improvements, wash water plumbing, electrical improvements, and instrument and controls additions and improvements to operate the facility. The Work at the Municipal Headworks includes the demolition of three existing screenings compactors and installation of two new washpresses in the Screenings Loadout Room of the facility. The ancillary Work include electrical and plumbing upgrades to support the new washpresses. In addition, a new 10” DIP sewer line will be installed and a 12” DIP sewer line will be relocated. The Work includes construction of three pile supported manholes for connecting the sewer lines. Work to be completed without interruption of facility operations which will require bypassing of the In Plant Lift Station and sequencing of the work on the compactors and washpresses.
